Processing Time

• In-stock items: We aim to process and ship your order within 1 week.
• Made-to-order & custom items: Production and delivery timing will be confirmed during the customization process.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from our studio in The Hague, the Netherlands, via PostNL, DHL or another trusted international carrier, with Track & Trace.

Shipping Costs

• Netherlands: €7.50
• European destinations: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Worldwide: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

Duties & Import Taxes

For orders delivered outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
