CHOCO Returns & Refunds

We put our heart into every piece we make, and we truly hope you love your CHOCO creation. However, if your item isn’t quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
• It must not show any signs of damage.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Custom or Personalized Orders (as they are made uniquely for you)
• Items marked "On Sale"
• Gift Vouchers

Return Shipping:
Please securely pack your return using a protective shipping box or padded mailer. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping; these costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method
